Agency Manager

The Agency Manager enables user to manage external agency or servicer account placements. The system can act as a system or record and uses update files to stay in sync with the agency systems.

Use the Agency Manager to:

• Set up servicers on the system
• Track their performance
• Create variable formats for placements using the Format Maker module
• Issue recalls and process updates from agencies with standard formats
