Information and information systems are critically important to BFrame Data Systems business operations. Maintaining an adequate level of security is one of several important aspects of both information management and information systems management.
Information security at BFrame is a team effort involving the participation and support of every BFrame Data Systems worker who deals with information and/or information systems. In recognition of the need for teamwork, BFrame maintains a written policy statement that clarifies the responsibilities of users as well as the steps they must take to help protect BFrame Data Systems information and information systems.
The policy makes references to other related Information Security documents for further clarification. Together, the documents describe ways to prevent and respond to a variety of threats to information and information systems, including unauthorized access, disclosure, duplication, modification, appropriation, destruction, loss, misuse, and denial of use.
