64-bit and Amazon Web Services

Our original code base was built for 32-bit computers. Upgrading to 64 was not trivial, but we have now completed the transition of all our core code, giving us more power, more security and a solid upgrade path for the foreseeable future.

We are also completing our transition for our hosted clients to Amazon Web Services (AWS). Amazon gives us awesome flexibility to dynamically scale our resources, good pricing, every compliance certification you can imagine and access to an amazing library of capabilities we can build on, including telephony, voice recognition, machine learning, advanced messaging, analytics, the works.

All our newer customers are on 64-bit code hosted at AWS and we are busy completing the transition of our existing customers to 64-bit/AWS. Once these transitions are complete we have a number of improvements in the pipeline designed to improve functionality and performance.
